A community meeting will be held Monday to discuss the Oak Cliff Skate Park.

The project reached the Phase One fundraising goal in the fall to accumulate $400,000 in funds, unlocking a matching donation in addition to 2024 bond funding (totaling in $1.8 million). With this step, design work is expected to be completed in April, with the goal of the park opening in spring 2027.

Join via Zoom at 6 p.m. on Jan. 26 to meet with City of Dallas Staff and District 1 Park Board member JR Hueta to discuss potential ideas for the project. Spanish translation will be provided.

A survey will also be available on the day of the meeting and will close on February 9. Click here to submit your feedback on the design.
