“Dude Perfect” Opening Night at DIFF 2024

This year’s Dallas International Film Festival is set for April 23-30, 2026. Joining CEO Beth Wilbins and Artistic Director James Faust, event co-chairs Tanya Foster and Lynn McBee will welcome guests throughout the week to dozens of film presentations, panels, filmmaker and actor interviews, and awards ceremonies. Foster, a popular lifestyle blogger, and McBee, a scientist and philanthropist, each held previous leadership roles in the DIFF organization. DIFF events will take place at the host venue Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas Victory Park, as well as at the Texas Theatre and Virgin Hotels Dallas.

Founded in 2006, the
DIFF is held each spring in venues throughout the city, showcasing new films from across the country and around the world. Since its inception, DIFF has presented some 2,500 films to over 100,000 attendees, and has awarded over $1 million to support the craft of filmmaking.

In addition, as an Oscar® Qualifying Festival, DIFF films in several categories can advance to qualify for the Academy Awards each year. Special guests at past festivals have included Charlize Theron, Bruce Dern, Diego Luna, and Dallas’s own Dirk Nowitzki, among many more luminaries.
