It’s a tradition that has delighted Dallas shoppers since 1996–and this year, it’s arriving early. The 2026 Parade of Playhouses benefiting Dallas CASA will debut on Friday, May 22, at NorthPark Center. The anticipated annual event has been moved to May due to the FIFA World Cup coming up in June.

This year’s display will include eight original children’s playhouses, generously donated by architects, builders and community members. Placed at various points throughout NorthPark’s two-story campus, the imaginative creations will include a filling station, a café, a Hawaiian cottage, and a miniature replica of Dillbeck-designed Park Cities home. Expected to draw more than one million viewers over the course of its 17-day run, the Parade of Playhouses culminates in a raffle wherein each special house is awarded to one lucky ticket holder.
All proceeds from the Parade of Playhouses will benefit Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Founded in 1977, the non-profit social service agency is dedicated to advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are living in foster care.
