Four individuals were injured Thursday night after a crash in the Bishop Arts District.
At around 7 p.m. on June 18, Dallas Police received a call to the 300 block of West Davis Street. A truck driver had backed into the patio seating at Birrieria Aguiñaga.
The driver was arrested at the scene, according to FOX 4.
By Friday morning, police told NBC 5 that the crash was determined by investigators as a “freak accident” with no charges filed.
