Dallas-based firm 90Ten has expanded its real estate footprint into Bishop Arts.
Founded in 2023, 90Ten is an investment firm that aims to help brokers evolve from transactional advisers into investment partners with acquisitions in Dallas, Austin, along with Tampa-St. Petersburg and other markets. The firm recently acquired 301-321 N. Bishop Ave., bringing more mixed-use properties into the organization’s portfolio.
The properties currently house Hunky’s, Palmieri Café, Dolly on Bishop, Kawaii Candle Co. and Simply Bella. In addition to the Bishop Arts acquisitions, 90Ten has acquired 2908-2937 Greenville Ave., which includes Sister, Café Duro, Goodwins, Goodwins To Go and Casa Duro.
Financial information for the deals has not been released and transactions for the deeds have not been recorded, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
