For early birds who enjoy watching the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee and breakfast, Vector Brewing has announced its newest addition: Vector Brewing AM.

New breakfast items include avocado toast with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, pickled carrots, chia seeds, whipped avocado and La Casita Bakeshop sourdough ($8); the Brekky Sando with La Casita Bakeshop focaccia, folded eggs, crispy bacon, provolone cheese, pepper aioli, tomato and spinach ($7); the Fowl Habit, a jalapeƱo cheddar biscuit with fried chicken breast, sausage cream gravy and Hot Glitter Honey ($7); and chilaquiles with scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, morita pepper salsa, Valentina Hot Sauce, whipped avocado and tortilla chips ($8).

For those looking for something sweet to grab on the go, the menu also features cinnamon rolls from Salt Sweets ($4.50), kolaches ($2.50) and klobasneks ($3) from Hummingbird Bakery, along with a rotating seasonal selection of pastries from La Casita Bakeshop.

In addition to breakfast, Vector Brewing A.M. offers signature coffee drinks including the Cereal Milk Latte, made with Froot Loops-infused steamed milk and topped with a Froot Loops garnish ($5.50); the Stinger Hot Honey Latte with house-infused hot honey ($5.50); the Golden Glow Chai Latte ($5.50); and the Oscurajillo, made with Jarritos orange soda and cold brew ($6). All espresso and coffee drinks are made with beans from Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters.

Guests can also order espresso, cortados, cappuccinos, Americanos and decaf espresso drinks, as well as matcha, heirloom chai, loose-leaf teas and tea lattes.
