Hollywood Lane Archive will be hosting a closet clean-out market with indoor and outdoor displays from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 1, 2 and 8.
Store owner Caitlyn Hastings (@dearcaitlyn on social media) has a variety of experience in photography and creative directing for publications like Lucid Magazine. She first opened the store as an appointment-only vintage showroom before it evolved into the multifaceted space it is today.
“I’ve hosted all kinds of events here, from clothing pop-ups to parties to themed experiences,” Hastings said via Instagram. “It’s where random ideas turn into photo shoots, little films, passion projects and late-night creative spirals.”
The store rotates vendors monthly, with Purewears, Red Heart Gal Collective and Cotera Clothing supplying this month’s selection. Along with the current stock, Hastings also opened applications for Dallasites looking to clean out their closets and local businesses that would like to sell at the event.

The market will give customers a chance to explore niche brands that aren’t always given as much attention online.
“I’ll be providing racks and hangers for all vendors, helping curate each setup and styling your pieces in the cutest way possible to make the shopping experience the best it can be,” Hastings said in the Instagram announcement.
As she prepares for the event series to begin, she looks forward to supporting sellers and creating a bright, colorful and bubbly space for customers to explore. She hopes to promote unity through the lens of fashion.
“My dream is to inspire girls and other creatives to bring their visions to life, offer a space of infinite possibilities and create community,” Hastings said.
