The last time we wrote about Simply Fondue was during its 2014 renovation.
This was the last summer of Simply Fondue on Greenville Avenue.
The restaurant closed sometime this summer for unknown reasons, according to The Dallas Morning News. The location in our neighborhood has lasted the longest, just shy of 40 years, as the others across the Metroplex have shuttered.
“Simply Fondue has been part of the Lowest Greenville story for a long time, and we’re grateful for their prior role in the neighborhood,” said Jon Hetzel, managing partner of property owner Madison Partners, to The Dallas Morning News. “Every concept has its run, and as this one closes, we’re excited to bring a great new restaurant to Lowest Greenville.”
