On Sept. 13 at approximately 8 a.m., Dallas police responded to a major disturbance call in the 11300 block of Amanda Lane.
According to police, the preliminary investigation determined that 37-year-old Daniel Hernandez fell from a vehicle driven by an unknown driver.
Dallas Fire-Rescue transported Hernandez to a hospital, where he later died.
The investigation remains ongoing and is documented under case No. 135189-2026.
