LHHS Jazz Band at Vector Brewing
The Lake Highlands High School Jazz Band will perform at Vector Brewing on Oct. 2. Depending on the weather, the performance will take place on the patio or inside.
kNOwBOX at Bath House Cultural Center
The Bath House Cultural Center is hosting the kNOwBOX Dance Film Festival, bringing together dance, film and community. Tickets start at $10 for students and $15 for general admission.
Sundays in the Park at Watercrest Park
The Lake Highlands Public Improvement District will host its final Sundays in the Park event of the season on Oct. 4 at Watercrest Park, 7070 Skillman St.

Pumpkins and Pints at Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is kicking off its Pumpkins and Pints series Oct. 7. The garden will be decorated with pumpkins and its Pumpkin Village from 6 to 9 p.m., with additional themed evenings planned through Oct. 30.
The Oct. 7 evening will have a BBQ and beer theme, featuring a Texas cookout with smoked brisket, barbecue and cold drinks from Proof of the Pudding. Guests can also participate in live line-dancing lessons in the Jonsson Color Garden and purchase custom cowboy hats from Flea Style.

Día de Muertos exhibition at the Bath House Cultural Center
Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Bath House Cultural Center will present Día de Muertos: They’re Having a Party!
From Oct. 10 through Nov. 7, guests can view artwork from various artists. The center will also host a reception with the artists from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 11.
