Hosting for Fourth of July doesn’t have to mean grilling all day. This Independence Day weekend, Western Addition Restaurant Group is offering limited-time to-go packages from two of its Dallas restaurants, designed to make entertaining easier.
The packages, available July 3-5, are offered by il Bracco and Bobbie’s Airway Grill, giving guests an easy option for a holiday gathering without the prep work or difficult clean up.
il Bracco
The Plaza at Preston Center restaurant known for its Italian cuisine is offering a Fourth of July To-Go Package for $150.
The package will include two of the restaurant’s popular combo sandwiches, layered with fresh mozzarella, charcuterie, lettuce, tomato, onion, cherry pepper spread and oil and vinegar. It also comes with two chopped salads made with salami, provolone, Castelvetrano olives, piquillo peppers and pepperoncini vinaigrette, according to a press release from the restaurant.
To complete the meal, guests will receive a half-gallon of the restaurant’s signature frozen Bracco, an Aperol and fresh grapefruit cocktail.
Those looking to add dessert can purchase a whole cheesecake for an additional $75, which must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
Bobbie’s Airway Grill
This upscale American grill is offering a BYO Chili Dog Kit for $175.
The package includes six Sabrett all-beef hotdogs with house-made brioche buns, Texas Red chili, cheddar cheese and jalapeno coleslaw. It also comes with a half-gallon of frozen Bracco, and guests can add a whole chocolate pie for $70, with at least 24 hour notice.
