The upcoming development on Henderson Avenue, which is supposed to be finished next month, has a few new expected tenants.
It will be made up of 12 mixed-use buildings on a long-vacant stretch between Glencoe Street and McMillan Avenue. A handful of high-end apparel companies, plus a spa and a jeweler are already planned to move into the development. Now, more have been announced, according to Dallas Business Journal, most notably activewear brand Lululemon. The rest are:
- Frankies Bikinis, swimwear
- Jenni Kayne, women’s apparel
- Moscot, eyewear
- Zadig&Voltaire, men and women’s apparel
- Beyond Yoga, activewear
- Sam Edelman, shoes but also apparel, fragrance and handbags
- Vuori, activewear
- Catbird, jewelry
You’d be forgiven if you haven’t heard of some of these brands before. Most are companies that don’t currently have a presence in Dallas, and some are new to Texas altogether, according to Dallas Business Journal. Stores are expected to open by next spring or earlier, and two more restaurants will be added to the mix.
