Crescent Estates Custom Homes has announced a new development coming to Northwest Dallas on Marsh Lane near the intersection at Walnut Hill. The Residences at Creek Hollow will comprise 31 townhome-style two- and three-story homes of up to 2,700 square feet. They will be offered at $700,000 to $1,200,000.
According to Leonel Amaya, vice president of the Farmers Branch-based builder, this location was selected based on its potential for “thoughtful residential growth.”
Located within the 10000 block of northbound Marsh Lane, the parcel neighbors Walnut Hill Church and is proximal to a few of the most popular area grocery- and retail-anchored shopping centers, including Preston Hollow Village and Preston Royal Village. Nearby schools include Walnut Hill Elementary, Thomas C. Marsh Middle School, and Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas ISD, and it is easily accessed via Central Expressway or the Dallas North Tollway for daily commuters.
“The Residences at Creek Hollow will bring a level of quality and design that both honors the neighborhood and enhances its long-term value,” says Amaya. “Our vision is to create a community that feels enduring, welcoming, and exceptionally crafted.”
Early renderings of this new development reflect modern, black and white facades and a row house-style layout within a nearly two-acre lot. The homes will be surrounded by a small border of green space, with two parking spaces allotted per unit and eight dedicated visitor parking spaces. Additional DFW-area townhome developments by Crescent Estates Custom Homes include Entrada at Westlake, Fairmount Place on Turtle Creek, and Water’s Edge in Lake Dallas.
Groundbreaking on the Residences at Creek Hollow project has already taken place, with vertical construction projected to begin within the next six months.
