Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will operate modified service schedules starting July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Most core transit services will follow a Saturday schedule on Friday, July 3:

  • DART Bus: Follows a Saturday schedule
  • DART Light Rail: Follows a Saturday schedule
  • Silver Line: Increased service with 30-minute headways from 4:00 p.m. until end of service
  • GoLink and Paratransit: Operating on regular schedules on July 3 and July 4.
  • Trinity Railway Express (TRE): The TRE will run 30-minute headways all day on July 3 and a Saturday schedule on July 4. (Officials also note that TRE service between Centreport and Victory Station is not free on July 3.)

Several administrative and customer-serving operations will also be adjusted during the holiday schedule.

  • DARTmart, Lost & Found and administrative offices will be closed Friday, July 3.
  • Customer Service and Customer Relations will remain open on July 3 and July 4 from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m.

DART encourages riders to plan ahead and prepare for higher-than-normal ridership across its service areas and 12-member cities.
