A new wellness studio at Lovers Lane and the Dallas North Tollway is set to open Saturday, Nov. 7.
Known for its holistic approach to wellness, Pause Park Cities offers a range of treatments, including float therapy, infrared saunas, LED light therapy, IV therapy, contrast therapy, cryotherapy and naturopathic medicine.
The new studio marks Pause Studio’s second location in the Dallas area and is located at 5643 W. Lovers Lane. The brand also has a location in Southlake.
From recovery-focused treatments to services designed to promote relaxation, the studio gives customers a customizable experience based on their wellness goals, according to studio manager Mandy Mack.
“Whatever works for you, whatever feels good, that’s why we’re here,” Mack said.
The studio’s whole-body cryotherapy treatment uses a subzero chamber, where guests spend approximately three minutes per session. Mack said the treatment is designed to help with circulation, pain and overall wellness.
For customers looking for a quieter experience, the studio offers float therapy in two dedicated suites. Each float pod contains approximately 1,200 pounds of Epsom salt, according to Mack.
“[The salt] causes you to float like you’re in the Dead Sea,” Mack said. “What we get from that alone is spinal decompression and all the weight off your joints.”
The studio also features five contrast therapy suites, where customers can choose between an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Other amenities include a dedicated LED light therapy suite, a vanity room and an IV therapy lounge where a nurse will be on staff.
Pause Park Cities is offering 50% off three sessions and 30% off founding membership rates through midnight Friday, Nov. 6.
