Juvenile kills man who was allegedly abusing a woman in Far East Dallas

Dallas police are investigating the homicide of a man who was fatally wounded by a juvenile on Sunday morning on North Buckner Boulevard.

Officers were called to the 3500 block of North Buckner Boulevard around 9:11 a.m. Aug. 9 and found that the youth had shot and killed 33-year-old Adrian Ortiz, who was allegedly “choking and punching a woman,” according to The DPD Beat. All parties in this case know each other.
