Following the announcement of The Landmark at Presbyterian Village North (PVN) by Forefront Living, 70% of the proposed residences have already been reserved.
Scheduled to open in early 2029, the planned addition for the luxury Dallas senior living community, The Landmark will add 81 Independent Living (IL) residences within a new 216,000 square foot neighborhood inside of PVN.
“Reaching 70% reserved for The Landmark in just 13 days is a strong endorsement of the quality and reputation of Presbyterian Village North,” Tim Mallad, Forefront Living CEO said in a recent press release.
The Landmark will feature 81 modern IL residences with modern designs and finishes including expansive windows, outdoor patios and balconies, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and in-suite laundry.
Set to be five stories tall, the new building will also feature a 2,000 square foot sky lounge with water and cityscape views. Additionally, a new dining venue, underground parking, as well as a Lifestyle Center will be built. Plus, residents will have access to PVN’s 66 expansive acres and lake.
