The Frontiers of Flight Museum is celebrating North Texas Giving Day with Pets for Jets, a campaign in partnership with JSX that brings together aviation and philanthropy with four-legged companions on Sept. 17.
Well-behaved dogs on leashes will be welcome inside Frontiers of Flight Museum to explore the exhibits alongside their owners. For those who do not have a four-legged companion, Dallas Animal Service will be on-site with an informational table and adoptable dogs.
The event will give the neighborhood a chance to support the museum’s aerospace-STEM education programs, which serve more than 75,000 students annually.
Dogs and their owners will receive complimentary admission to the museum with a minimum $25 donation to the museum on North Texas Giving Day.
In addition to a walk around the exhibits, the event will feature pup cups and pet treats at Jetsetters, the museum’s recently opened coffee lounge. Plus, guests can enjoy a themed pet photo booth from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and STEM activities for visitors of all ages.
