Some Lake Highlands restaurants are reopening for business after a few days off.

Resident Taqueria

Conditions have forced many restaurants to close in recent days, but even as NWS forecasts show potential for freezing fog and colder nighttime temperatures, some neighborhood spots are gearing up to reopen Tuesday.

Here are just a few of the businesses reopening:

Resident Taqueria | 9661 Audelia Road 112

Andrew Savoie and his team got to work early this morning as Resident reopened its doors for breakfast tacos and sandwiches at 7:30 a.m. The eatery will remain open until 8 p.m. tonight.

Vector Brewing | 9850 Walnut Hill Lane 405

The brewery announced yesterday it would “sorta” reopen at 4 p.m and close at 10 p.m. Tuesday. A limited food menu will be served by a limited number of staff, so the brewery is asking customers to “please be patient with those of us that are there.” Jeopardy has been cancelled.

Goldie’s | 9850 Walnut Hill Lane 305

Opening at 4 p.m, Goldie’s will offer “some not-so-regular specials” to guests for dinner tonight, according to an Instagram post

Cedar and Vine | 9661 Audelia Rd 105

C&V opened at noon and, according to an Instagram post, will remain so until “the weather permits.”

Lochland’s | 8518 Plano Rd

Peter and Cheryl Kenny’s crew will begin pouring pints of Guinness at 4 p.m.

Opening tomorrow: MoMO Italian | 8989 Forest Ln #13 | Lunch 11 am – 2 p.m. Dinner 5-9 p.m.
