Warby Parker at NorthPark Center is closed for renovations for the foreseeable future.
According to their website, the temporary closure will allow them to remodel the space in order to begin offering eye exams in-store, like all other Dallas locations. Hence, customers must now visit Warby at Henderson Avenue, Addison or Preston Park Colonnade.
Prior to closing, NorthPark’s Warby Parker consisted of only one room – featuring shelved walls with their glasses on display – which will likely change as renovations progress.
As inconvenient as the refurbishments seem right now, they will create a better experience for customers, allowing them to get one-on-one consultations with optometry professionals, thereby maximizing prescription accuracy and patient satisfaction.
Warby Parker is available for delivery if you are unable to visit a location in-person as a result of these changes.
